We want you to love your Elisa Johnson frames, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn eyewear within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging, including the protective case and microfiber cloth.
Initiate Your Return

Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.
Pack Your Frames
Securely place the eyewear in its original box and attach the shipping label to the outside of the package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
